A Story of Dedication

Recently, we encountered a situation where a participant, left stranded at a train station after being released from prison, was abandoned by their provider. This individual was in a vulnerable state, without a place to go, and in desperate need of help. Our dedicated team at My DSS immediately took action.

One of our compassionate Support Coordinators stepped in, personally picking up the participant from the station. Understanding the urgency of the situation, they quickly arranged emergency accommodation, provided food, and ensured that the participant received the essential support required to regain stability and start their journey towards rebuilding their life.
